Policies

• All gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash
• Gift certificates can be used anywhere at Ainsworth Hot Springs Resort
• No refunds will be provided for the unused portion of the gift certificate’s value, however the balance will not expire and can be used towards a future visit
• Ainsworth Hot Springs Resort is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates
